In 1961 Swedish Air Force leased a DeHavillad Caribou (designated - TP 55) for evaluation. The Caribou was flown two years by the F7 Squadron, before being returned to DeHavilland. The aircraft was not considered suitable for Swedish Air Force service. The Caribou serial number was # 23 and was build in 1961. Thanks to Anders Edbäck of Växjö, Sweden for the information. He has a great site on the Swedish Air Force's C-130  Hercules.
